Golden Compass Trailer
This looks very good. I fell in love with Pullman's His Dark Materials a few years ago, and I'm man enough to admit that I burst into tears at a certain scene in The Subtle Knife. Which is perhaps one reason why I may wait to buy this on DVD instead of blubbering in a movie theatre.

Wow, that looks fantastic and...wait. A talking polar bear? Fuck that.
Anyway, it does look fun. And I do so love the art direction. It has that Victorian architecture, steam-powered, high-tech look that I really love (see: League of Really Cool Gentlemen, 20K Ligues Sous La Mer, Naboo, et al).
